Please note all transfers carried out are by fully licensed and insured to carry passenger, please be aware there are many illegal taxi companies operating in Ibiza who are not licensed or insured.

Private Transfer
A Private transfer is exclusive only to your party, the driver will be waiting only for your group and will transfer you directly to your accommodation without stopping at other hotels. Private transfers are charged per car NOT per person and the price brackets are as follows (for example if there were 8 in your group or 5 in your group you would pay the same price)

5 – 8 People
9 – 12 People
13 – 16 People
17 – 20 People

Shared Shuttle Transfer
A shared shuttle is a more cost effective transfer with other people to the same or close by resorts. The bus departs the airport once full and there maybe a short wait as other transfer customers may be arriving from different flights), The coach then drops off at each individual hotel

How do I make a reservation?

Simply follow the online instructions making sure you enter all details correctly, after payment you will be sent full confirmation.

What do I do on arrival?

Upon payment you will receive a confirmation email with full instructions on what to do on arrival. Depending on either a private transfer or shuttle service you will have a driver waiting for you or need to visit our airport office.

Can I book a transfer to a villa/club/restaurant?

Yes we can assist with villa/club/restaurant transfer and any other bespoke transfer request please email info@ibizahire.com

Can I only book a transfer from the hotel to the airport?

I want to travel in style do you have any luxury cars?

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor flight delays from the flight number you provide – there will be no extra charges if your flight is delayed

Do I need to confirm my pick up date/time?

Private transfers will be automatically picked the time you state on your booking form, you do not need to confirm but again on the confirmation email you receive a telephone number and you are welcome to call should you wish (24 – 48 hours before the transfer is due). You can also email info@ibizahire.com and we will be happy to confirm

What if I need to change my pick up date/time

Again you can either call the number you receive on your confirmation email or email info@ibizahire.com

What happens if I miss my transfer?

Unfortunately if you miss your transfer we cannot offer refunds

How do I pay for my transfer?

We use Paypal – one of the largest and most secure payment services in the world. At the end of the online booking process you will be directed to PayPal secure servers to make payment. All major cards are accepted and you do not have to have a paypal account to make payment. Your card details are never seen or kept by Ibizahire making online payments very secure.

What if I need to cancel before I arrive?

For cancellations up to a month prior to your transfer we will refund 100%, any cancellations from one month up to 72 hours before we can issue a 80% refund and unfortunately any cancellations made less than 72 hours we cannot issue refunds .
