Pacha Restaurant (we have excluive deals and can offer the best tables) A sophisticated and sleek dining area, complete with its very own sushi bar, the Pacha Restaurant is a top choice amongst many of the music industry and other well known faces on the island. The menu is a Mediterranean and Asian style mix, so expect traditional dishes such as Grilled Ox and Fois Grais to be served along tempting Prawn Tempura, and washed down with sake. Sa Capella An unused church on the outskirts of San Antonio houses Sa Capella (meaning 'the chapel') and its high roof, imposing altar and rough stone walls all add to an ambiance for dining like no other restaurant in Ibiza. The menu comprises of several delicious succulent meat dishes, one of which is the sizzling ox steak, a dish that is served up on a hot stone cooked to perfection for you to devour. After dining, you can take your coffee or liquor to the palm lined terrace garden, where the night sky provides a gorgeous sight to finish your night beneath. El Ayoun The concept for this restaurant followed a trip to Moroccan and these influences can be found in the Arabian themed interior, infused with the light of scores of candles and oil lamps. The restaurant has an extensive eating space as well as a vast garden terrace. El Ayoun also boasts an exclusive lounge and area and its bar "El Privado" is host to many wild nights. The signature dish of crying tiger is a sumptuous mix of mouth watering ox steak with chili, ginger and soy sauce. La Oliva La Oliva is a quaint restaurant located just inside the main walls of Dalt Villa. Rustic wooden tables adorned with simple white table cloths line the cobbled street outside of La Oliva forming the restaurants terrace area. Simplicity is the key to this restaurants success as well as the use of fresh and pure flavours. Classic French touches can be found throughout the Mediterranean menu, with dishes such as Goats cheese inside a puff pastry shell being a spectacularly delicious example. Ama Lur Ama Lur ('Mother Earth' in Basque) is one of the best restaurants on the island and is the place many of Ibiza's elite flock to for high cuisine. The restaurant is set in a spacious country house with a large garden terrace. The inside interior is like a courtyard with its high tented ceiling, giving the feel of being in an airy space. Tables are decked out in the customary white and the rough hewn brick walls create a sense of age. Basque cuisines permeates the menu and classic dishes such as fish soup and lamb chops as well as Mediterranean style fare including veal with peppers or prawn salad with foie grais. Cala Mastella If you want a truly Ibicencian dining experience, then there is no more authentic or traditional place to eat then Cala Mastella but be warned you will have to book your table in person, and there is up to a two week wait for a table in the peak season. Cala Mastella, better know as "El Bigotes" is located in the cove of Cala Mastella and from the outside looks no more than a simple fishing shack turned restaurant. The family run establishment serves up its staple fish stew at 2.30 each day using the morning’s fresh catch, cooked and caught by the owner’s son in law himself. Can Pau This old Ibiza style house will offer you a warm and friendly welcome. The house is intimate and inviting and is full of family keepsakes including original art by the family members. The restaurant consists of typical Catalan specialties and a mixture of French and Mediterranean dishes. Some of the specialties such as cod with raisins and pine nuts or the baked baby goat must be tried. Basil Thai

Jockey Club This beautiful restaurant cum lounge area / cocktail bar is an excellent viewing point to watch the sun go down whilst dining on some fabulously creative cuisine. Nanking  Situated near the port on Ibiza town, this long established Chinese restaurant offers an exceptional range of mouth watering Cantonese cuisine.
