Villa Description
Villa Daniel is a beautiful, large villa in the Playa den Bossa area. This 400-year-old typical Ibizan finca was one of the original country farmhouses of this location – Sa Carroca. Just outside of Ibiza Town, it is a popular & convenient villa rental area. This charming and unusual property retains many of the original finca features, now blended with quirky, Balinese influences that have been added to the property over the years. Both the interior and the grounds surrounding the pool have been graced by the owner’s stylish makeover.

Inside the Villa
Entrance to the property is through a large sliding gate that leads you into an ample parking area. Entry to the finca is via a side door with an additional metal security gate that leads you into a cool, tiled hallway with a twin bedroom situated to the left.

The original stone staircase leads to the first floor to your right. Leading through from the hall is a large dining room with the original, heavy double doors that open onto the front of the house. To the right is a Balinese tiled bathroom with a stone bath and another twin bedroom with a high ceiling and wood panelled walls.

Continuing on from the dining room is a modern kitchen diner that still retains its Ibicenco feel with the beamed ceiling and an ancient farm thresher imaginatively converted into a kitchen table. Again, there are original heavy oak doors opening onto the front of the house. Adjoining the kitchen is a cute little social seating area, perfect for relaxing with a pre-dinner drink while the meal is being prepared! Up the steep, stone staircase from the hallway, you reach the first floor of Villa Daniel, which has an equally interesting layout.

Three bedrooms are arranged around a central chillout/sitting area which is perfect for escaping the intense heat of the midday sun. The first bedroom is a rustic double room with stripped floors, original panelled wardrobes and a circular, sunken, glass-walled shower that looks out over the garden – but there is a curtain if you prefer more privacy! There is an adjoining washroom with toilet.

The second bedroom has two twin beds on a mezzanine floor above a small sitting/dressing room with an adjoining stone bathroom that features a pebble-floored shower and a Balinese stone wash basin. Situated at the far end of the sitting room is another double bedroom with a four poster bed, adjoining Balinese tiled bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the garden.

There are two further external annexes in the grounds of Villa Daniel. The first is located to the side of the kitchen and is simply furnished with three single beds and an en-suite bathroom. The second annexe is located at the other side of the pool, behind the outside dining area. It features attractive, exposed stone walls, has two four poster twin beds and a newly installed modern shower room with toilet.

Outside Area
The garden of Villa Daniel is a wonderful social space with a large pool, sun loungers and a shaded, bamboo and wood chill-out daybed. Next to the pool is a long table and benches shaded beneath a Balinese wooden canopy roof, located near the brick-built barbeque, making it ideal for long, lazy lunches or pool-side dining at night.

Villa Surroundings
Located on the outskirts of Playa den Bossa in a popular area known as Sa Carocca. Less than 10 mins walk takes you a supermarket, bar/restaurant and you also have the Club Campo tennis club on your doorstep. The villa is in a very private and secure area yet offers easy access to Ibiza Town, Playa den bossa and beyond

This villa is within close proximity to Villa Tom so is perfect for large groups. Changeover day flexible so please email with your requests. An extra mattress is required to be able to sleep 16 people in this villa at a cost of £150.

Just to say we had a really fantastic time at Villa . We found it very comfortable and in a great location, the villa was just perfect! We would defintley consider coming back next year. Just wanted to say the 19 of us in Daniel and Tom had a fantastic holiday. I’m really sad to be home now and have been reminiscing already!! This time last week we were off to DC10….! I just wanted to say thanks very much for being so easy to deal with when I booked Villa Daniel. We all had an amazing time and would definitely book through you again.
