Stayed at this hotel for a long wk end B&B in Aug. Very friendly staff during the day time, very informative and professional. Had a room without balcony which was unfortunate but not the end of the world. Air conditioning was great and the beds were fine and better than u expect for a hotel of this price range. Pool was fantastic, over the road from the hotel but the road is single lane and not busy. The pool is secluded by large palm trees. Very quiet with a nice ambience from the chilled out music being played throughout the day. Only down side was the older gents on the security and at the pool. A few of them seemed to be drunk and/or spanish ;) and did not tolerate a smile or joke. Advice: enjoy the hotel but move elsewhere for any drunkeness.
