We stayed here in October 2010 for a week self catering and the apartment was lovely. It was in a great location overlooking Cala Llonga bay. Only 5 minutes from the shops and restaurants. The whole resort was closing down for the end of season when we were there so some of the shops, restaurants and bars were closed. I would definitely go to Cala Llonga again and stay in the El Pinar but I would probably go at a different time of year, especially as we had heavy rain for half of the week we were there!! The apartment was clean and spacious with a great view. There were extra pillows and plenty of towels in the bathroom. The shower was lovely and warm and powerful. The bathroom did look like it could do with a slight re-vamp but as I said it was very clean with was fine with us. There was a toaster and 2 cooking rings which we used to boil the kettle to have our morning cuppa everyday, there was plenty of crockery and even some washing up liquid so we didn't have to go out and buy any. Regarding restaurants, try Valentinos for great pizza and spaghetti carbonara, yum! Also, go to Mayfair bar where the young couple who run it are lovely and very welcoming and accomodating. The resort is only 20 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from Ibiza town which is a nice place to visit. The only thing I did see about the hotel that wasn't good was the choice of food on the All Inclusive menu. We heard some people saying it was mostly the same everyday. We didn't experience this first hand as we were self catering.
