Having usually stayed in the old town in far more expensive hotels I and friends were all a little skeptical of the Royal Plaza. However, taking into consideration that this hotel is only a 4star we found that all the staff were friendly, observant and gave a good overall service no matter which job they were assigned to. Taking the above into account, the location, adequate rooms, and the quiet roof terrace and not to be sniffed at ......the relatively good prices I would recommend the hotel to all. The only downfall may be the scenery but for a quiet, sunbathing, in and out of the night life few days / week ......ideal
