Cant fault the hotel on service, from the moment I arrived until I checked out and left everyone was friendly and with a genuine willingness to make you feel looked after. I arrived somewhat early so after I checked in they took my luggage and let me chill by the pool. The pool itself and all the common areas had a lot of thought put into them and were fantastic for just relaxing and feeling comfortable. They called me to let me know my room was ready, I had requested at reception that they don't stick me in the "Single Man Room" which is normally the case. They didn't my room was on the third floor had a great view and to be honest was better then I expected it to be. Everything about it had been done well and it was a great place to come back to after a night of partying. Everything from the comfort of the chairs on the balcony to the choice of freebies in the wardrobes and bathroom was just quality. The bath in the room was a great touch but be warned to : a make sure you don't put to much foam bath in before you start the jets. b make sure there is enough water in the bath before you start the jets. Oh how I laughed. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and this one is hard to be matched for service and surroundings. I would stay here again for sure.
