Customer Review
Rooms were very clean although a bit compact, but fine for 2 in the room with ample storage. The lifts were both in good working order. The lay out of the facilities was good with plenty of seating in different areas. Restaurant was clean and tidy but staff don't seem to make eye contact or any attempt to be sociable and the choice of food was more limited than we're used to for AI. There were often long queues at the bar as we had to be served with even soft drinks and tea/coffee. There wasn't a fantastic choice of snacks, but what there was was good. Animation team were really good with plenty of activities to choose from. The 2 pools were kept clean and there were more than enough sun loungers for everyone even with the hotel pretty full as it was during our stay. The hotel is close to the seafront and several shops and bars close by too. Transfer by shuttle only took about 45 minutes.
