Villa Description

Villa San Antonio is a delightful 3 bedroom villa located only a short distance from all the attraction San Antonio has to offer. This villa boast large garden with BBQ and a private pool as well as the usual facilities to be found. Villa San Antonio is a perfect destination for those looking to party and be close to the action but also want the added bonus of the privacy of their own villa. There is also a brand new one bedroom self contained apartment with private kitchen and bathroom facilities which means this villa can accommodate upto10 people

Inside the Villa

The villas has 3 fair size bedrooms ( 2 with doubles and the other with 2 singles) There is a dining area leading to the kitchen which is equipped with all the necessary facilities such as oven / microwave / fridge / freezer etc

Inside the Apartment

Built in 2010 this self contained apartment is modern sleeping up to 4 people (2 in the bedroom and 2 on a double sofa). There is a private kitchen and dining area and a bathroom with a fantastic shower! The decor is very modern.

Outside Area

The villa boasts a spacious lawn area, a terrace with BBQ and two out buildings leading to the private pool. Surroundings Villa San San Antonio is set on its own the villa is very private yet one of only a few villas within walking distance to the attractions of San Antonio. Only a five minute walk takes you to the center where you can find all the bars, shop, restaurants and nightlife you require.

Coast / Distances

The beaches of San Antonio are a 5 minute walk away from here explore the fantastic beaches of Cala Bassa & Cala Conta. Eden and Es paradis again are only 5 mins away while the bars of Cafe del Mar and Mambo are 10 mins away.

Additional Information

For groups of upto 6 only the main villa will be used / from 7 to 10 people both the villa and one bedroom apartment will be used.

There is a utility room with washing machine In July / August the apartment can only be rented if the villa is rented. If only the villa is rented then we will not rent the apartment to other groups - the villa / pool / gardens will be exclusive.
