We have several BRAND NEW LUXURY APARTMENTS** in San Antonio.  Each apartment can sleep up to 6 people, they have air conditioning, two double bedrooms, one double pull out sofa bed, fully equipped American style kitchen, living room, large bathroom, washing machine, dining table, large balcony, luxury gardens, shared swimming pool and car parking. The apartments are a 5/10 minute walk into the centre of San Antonio and have lots of local amenities close by.

Pricing

Our pricing structure is based on how many months you stay, for other durations please email:-

• To reserve your apartment all we require is a 350€ - this can be made by bank transfer or via Paypal (4%)
• There is also a one month security deposit to pay on arrival - this will be rufunded at end of contract
• The remainder of your first months rent is also payable on arrival

• Example you wish to stay for 5 months, this rent will be 1350€ each month
• To reserve your apartment we require a 350€ deposit.
• On arrival you will need to pay the further 1000€ for the first month rent and also the 1350€ returnable breakages/security deposit (returned at end of stay) 
• Every month you will be required to pay 1350€ rent
