Ibizahire initially started in 2001 when owner Nick Murray, while working as a holiday rep for Airtours, spotted a gap in the market for holiday makers needed various types of equipment to make their holiday more comfortable and enjoyable. We initially started hiring out smaller items such as fans, kettles, toaster, hairdryers, irons and pushchairs all across the island. Then as demand increased additional items such as fridges, air conditioning units, wheelchairs and mobility scooters became part of our equipment hire business. Our clients would ask if we could recommend other private villas, car hire companies or reputable places where to charter a boat and so at same time as having a website built and through the contacts we had developed we began to offer not only single items for hire but also create tailor made packages for our guests. The first years we only acted as agents renting villas on behalf of the reputable owners we knew, now we have over 100 villas in our portfolio and many that are exclusive only to Ibizahire.com We are also now able to offer the widest range of service to all of our clients including transport solutions , boat charter, catering, stag and hen parties, restaurant reservations, club tables and much more. As we grew another area we moved into was weddings, events and party planning and we now have a dedicated event planner and team capable of planning large scale events. We own all of our own equipment and this includes tables, chairs, cutlery, sound and lighting equipment, furniture and more. Our team We are still a relatively small team but over the years our team has grown and now includes reservation department , villa managers and guest relations, a dedicated event planner and event staff, delivery drivers, cleaning team and web design. One thing we all have in common - we love Ibiza.
